Invoicing & terms

• Invoice issued on the last day of the month, payable within 7 days.
• Unused capacity does not roll over to the next month. You pay for dedicated availability, not logged hours.
• The engagement renews automatically month to month.
• Either party may end the cooperation in writing at any time. The final invoice covers either a pro‑rata share of the retainer for the days worked, or the sum of agreed prices for improvements actually delivered — whichever is higher.

Ownership & liability

All code, design, and content produced as part of our work together is fully yours.

If something breaks because of my mistake, I fix it at no charge with top priority. I’m not liable for Webflow platform outages, third‑party API changes, or issues caused by changes you make without prior alignment — those are handled as regular improvements.
